The Government has promised a white paper on social care in the spring – we need to make sure this happens with commitments to reform of funding and the way that social care works.  We need to let the politicians know that social care matters to everyone – it matters to us and we need to know that social care matters to the politicians.

Take action and tell your MP why care matters to you!

3. Email your MP and ask them to tell David Cameron why care matters to you.
