Learning Disability Coalition
Stories from the Frontline
Over the summer, the Learning Disability Coalition asked 11 people with learning disabilities and their families to keep a diary for one week. These diaries detailed the support and care which people recieved during an average week. Seven of these diaries have been used as the basis for our report Stories from the Frontline, which has helped us to explain why social care support is a key frontline service and the devasting effect which cuts can have on people with learning disabilities and their families.
