We provide learning programmes and social activities to to young people with learning disabilities and difficulties. Our company believes that every young person with disabilities has abilities that can be realised if they are given the right opportunities. We currently have a base in Brent and we offer our services to indviduals in different boroughs and counties.
ACT NOW Autism Campaigners Together are a group of ardent campaigners, all of whom are living with autism 24/7. ACT NOW are fighting the cuts to vital services and benefits in the UK. Following the handover of 6,000 petition signatures to 10 Downing Street and the publication of their Impact Assessment Report, the campaign has now entered into its second phase recording the cuts.
Adults Supporting Adults is based in Lincolnshire and supports people to be as independent within their own community as possible.
An independent charity offering people in Birmingham and Walsall with learning disabilities independent advocacy to ensure their voice is heard and their rights and interests are protected.
Allied Healthcare is the leading provider of homecare services in the UK. They have over 120 branches nationwide and hold contracts with over two thirds of the commissioning Local authorities and we work with over 100 PCT's. Allied Healthcare has over 10 years' experience providing care and support to people who have brain injuries, mental health needs, physical disabilities and learning disabilities. We have developed accredited Learning Disability Centres of Excellence across the branch network which support a number of local branches each.
Almond Care offers homecare and supported living services to people with learning disabilities who live in Warwickshire.
The Ann Craft Trust is a national charity working with professionals, parents and carers to protect children and adults with learning disabilities.
ARCK Living Solutions is a service provider offering 24 hour support primarily to adults with a learning disability. ARCK Living Solutions is a multi-professional team with representation from both social work and health service staff it has the experience to know that the same solution is not right for everyone. To fully meet the needs of each person with individual circumstances they offer a flexible outcome based personal centred service which is able to respond to a wide range of demands.
Area 51 Education is a further education college providing post-school placements to young people with learning difficulties.
Asperger East Anglia provides support, information and guidance to individuals and family carers of people affected by Asperger's syndrome.

BOSP is a children's charity set up by parents that provides respite care in the form of play and recreation to families whose children have learning disabilities.
Bradford People First is a self advocacy group run by and for people with learning disabilities in Bradford.
Brookdale Care is a specialist provider of residential and supported living care for people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Learning Disabilities.
Brothers of Charity Services supports people with a learning disability via supported living, residential care, employment opportunities, specialist day services, respite care and community access programmes.

Caerphilly People First is a charity for people with learning disabilities. Members meet regularly to talk about their lives and speak up for themselves, to express their views, and to get the message across to others that people with learning disabilities should be allowed to make their own decisions.
Cambridgeshire Mencap supports children, young people and adults with learning disabilities across Cambridgeshire. Their community services and activities help people to lead more independent lives and do the things they enjoy the most.
Camphill Families & Friends is a registered charity which helps and supports individuals with learning disabilities and other special needs who wish to live in Camphill communities in England and Wales.
Care Assure Supported Living is a care and supported living company for adults with a learning disability in Northamptonshire.
Care Management Group provides a range of services for children and adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs including physical disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour.
Caremark are a home care provider, offering care and support to all adults, and we assist people to remain living independently within their own community. Caremark also provide specialist support services for people with learning disabilities, autism and aspergers, including support through transition. They provide support for people with Huntington’s, CJD , acquired brain injury and younger people with dementia.
CareTech provides housing and support services to adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Choices Advocacy is an independent charity working in Southampton and South West Hampshire area. They provide person-centred support for people with learning disabilities.
Costa Supported Holidays provide quality, funfilled holidays on the Costa del Sol, Spain for guests with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
College of Occupational Therapists
Supports Occupational Therapists working with people with learning disabilities.Consensa Care Group provides services that encourage independence for adults with learning disabilities, mental ill-health and acquired brain injuries.
Counsel and Care is a national charity working with older people, their families and carers to get the best care and support. They provide personalised, in-depth advice and information, which informs their research and campaigning work.
Counselling Directory allows people to search for a certified counsellor in their area and appropriate for their needs.
Cromarty Care and Support is a not for profit organisation that provides support and respite to service users who have learning disabilities or mental health needs. We are based in Lancashire.

Decoda enable profoundly disabled people to lead richer lives with more choices. They use sound and music technology to allow individuals to express themselves.
Disability Holidays Guide offers worldwide holidays, accessible accommodation and mobility equipment hire. This is a guide for all types of disability.
Disability Jobsite was founded in 2004 to promote the full participation of people with disabilities in all aspects of community life.

Ealing Mencap is involved with campaigning, advocacy and providing community support services for people with learning disabilities.
ECHO (Extra Choices in Herefordshire) provides opportunities for disabled people in Herefordshire to take part in activities in their communities.
The Edward Lloyd Trust is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. They support people with learning disabilities to live independently in local communities.
The Elfrida Society is based in Islington and aims to help people with learning difficulties take control in their lives via a range of services and activities. They also publish Community Living Magazine.
Enham work across the South of England helping adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or complex needs to reach their potential. They do this via learning programmes, employment opportunities, housing and care options.

Fragile X Society helps and supports those with Fragile X Syndrome. Fragile X Syndrome is the most common, known, inherited cause of learning disabilities and affects some 1:3,600 women and 1;6,000 men across every part of society.
The Friends of Bloxham Centre
The Friends of Bloxham Centre are a small support group based in Rugby, which meets monthly.
The Fynvola Foundation is developing a specialised nursing and palliative care home in Kent for older people with learning disablities.

Generate's mission is to create better days and better lives for people with a learning disability by encouraging connections through people, places and purpose. Their starting point is the individual and their goal is to support them to plan days, weeks and years that give them active involvement in the community, keeps them connected and supported by a social network that includes friends, family and acquaintances and enables them to make choices about where they live and how they spend their time. This includes making the choice to work and have relationships.

Hambleton and Richmondshire Advocacy
Hambleton and Richmondshire Advocacy provide independent support to people from the age of 14. They work on projects such as older people's advocacy, learning disability projects such as Transition and Partnership Board, mental health and general advocacy support.
Hearing and Disabilities Group
The Hearing and Disabilities Group is a multidisciplinary group with a professional interest in adults with learning disabilities and hearing loss. They meet every 6 months and hold meetings with different topics relating to issues relating to this group.
Herefordshire Mencap works to raise awareness of learning disabilities, campaign for better services both locally and nationally, and provides information and support.

Independent advocacy is an organisation that provides a variety of advocacy services, mainly for people with learning disabilities.
Inspired Services provide a range of services for making information accessible to people with learning disabilities.

We have been providing high quality support for people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and their families since 1989. We offer individual tailor made, person centred solutions of support for adults through our living, day vocational and lifeskill support services.
Kent-wide Down's Syndrome Group
Kent-wide Down's Syndrome Group provides support, advice and training for families, professionals, carers and people with Down's syndrome. They aim to promote public awareness of Down's Syndrome and to encourage local support groups.
Keyring aims to support as many people who have a learning difficulty as possible to take up a choice of independent living and seeks to make Living Support Networks available to people across the country.

Learning Disability Today magazine is published by Pavilion and highlights examples of best practice and what works in the learning disability field. The content is informed by the Valuing People Now agenda and reports on key policy developments.
Living Ambitions provides services for people with learning difficulties and/or autistic spectrum conditions, mental health issues, sensory impairment and physical disability. They specialise in residential children's homes, transition and returning home services, community supported living and educational provisions.

Maidstone Carers Project offers emotional support, referrals to other means of support, benefits advice, carers support groups and activities. They have a specific Learning Disabilities Carers Support Group which meets monthly.
Established in 1997 MySafeHome is the UK’s leading provider of help and support for people with a disability who want to buy their own home.

The NCF promotes the benefits of the not-for-profit model of care services provision to local and national government, as well as consumers and other health care bodies.
Netbuddy offers hundreds of practical tips and suggestions on all aspects of supporting people with learning disabilities – from brushing teeth to coping with challenging behaviour.
NETS(work) is the North East Third Sector Learning Disability Provider Network. It aims to improve the lives of people with a learning disability across the North East through partnership working.
New Prospects provides support to people with a learning disability in their own homes and in their communities. They work in North Tyneside, Northumberland and Newcastle.

Pastel Community Interest Company
PASTEL supports the personal and social development of children and young people who are disadvantaged by circumstances or environment - including people with learning disabilities. It is a social enterprise, run by parent/carers, supplying transition training, and is a recognised Open College Network training centre.

At PCA we provide a personalised, flexible and responsive floating support service which will continually strive to meet the diverse needs of adults within Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding areas
Peaks and Dales Advocacy Team are an independent advocacy organisation supporting people with learning difficulties, older people and people with mental health needs.
Penny Jar is a website designed to make in the internet more accessible. It brings together links for a range of services such as banking, news, shopping and transport. Penny Jar local is soon to be launched which will help you to find services in your area.
Planning Together is a project in Glasgow that supports people with a learning disability and family carers to be involved in planning their own services.
The PMLD Network is a group of organisations fighting to improve the lives of children and adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
Powerful Partnerships is an independent organisation which provides a mixture of professional, issue-based and citizen advocacy across Edinburgh for adults who are labelled as having a learning disability.

Self Unlimited is a national charity and their mission is to support people with a learning disability by maximising life choice and helping people to realise their personal goals. They offer a range of quality services to people with learning disabilities, including supported living, residential care, and occupation and employment activities.
Shoot Your Mouth Off uses film, music and any other media we choose to produce quality work with and about disabled people. We aim to put people with a learning disability in the picture, as members of society with choices and rights.Somerset Care operates throughout the South of England. It manages several learning disability services ranging from small residential group homes through to individual community support services.

Southdown Housing Association is a not-for-profit organisation which works with people across East and West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.
St Anne's provides support focused on the individual needs and aspirations of each person. St Anne's also provides services for people who are homeless, dependent on drugs and alcohol or who mental health issues.
St. George’s Association provides services to people with Learning Disabilities in Gloucestershire including a residential care home, supported living services, employment opportunities and a day centre for people with complex needs.
St Josephs is a service of the Archdiocese of Westminster providing support for people and with learning disabilities and their families. Our service comprises of an activities centre based in Hendon NW London which provides educational, vocational and social activities for people living in North London. St Joseph's outreach services provide support to RC communities encouraging inclusion in worship, teaching and social activities in Parishes.
Sunshine Supported Holidays offers quality all year round, 24 hour supported holidays on the Costa Del Sol in Spain for people with learning disabilities and special needs.
Surrey Coalition of Disabled People
Surrey Coalition of Disabled People is a user-led organisation that campaigns for and promotes the rights of disabled people to equality of opportunity and the right to live independently.
South West Adult Placement Scheme offers long and short-term accommodation in the family homes of their approved Shared Lives providers. Their service supports adults who may have a learning disability, mental health needs, a physical disability or needs related to older age.

Thera Trust provides support to adults with a learning disability to live and participate in their local community.
The Wessex Autistic Society is a voluntary organisation which aims to ensure that people with Autism receive appropriate education, care, support and individual development services. We understand that everyone on the Autism spectrum is unique, as will be the support and services that they and those who are concerned for them require.
Together Trust provides care, education and support to children and vulnerable adults, including those with learning difficulties.
Transition Information Network
The Transition Information Network is an alliance of organisations and individuals which aims to improve the experience of disabled young people's transition to adulthood.
The TUC is the voice of Britain at work. With 58 affiliated unions representing 6.2 million working people from all walks of life, we campaign for a fair deal at work and for social justice at home and abroad.
They negotiate in Europe, and at home build links with political parties, business, local communities and wider society.

Voice UK is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people who have experienced crime or abuse. They also support their families, carers and professional workers.
